Based on data from a commissioned third party, independent testing laboratory, our Proprietary Safe Flow Wave has been shown to withstand 4500 hours (equivalent to 5 years exposure to sunlight) of stress testing in a Xenon light chamber that simulates natural Ultraviolet rays from the sun.
Testing Parameters and Protocol
Monzi, Inc has employed an outside testing facility that specializes in cellular plastics performance testing. They exposed our Proprietary Safe Flow Wave in a Xenon (IR/UV) GUV (UV) 4500 hour testing process. Simulating five (5) years of all possible weather conditions including, but not limited to, ultraviolet and infrared radiation, salt/fog spray for corrosion, high/low humidity, chemical fog, fine-to-course particulate exposure, freeze/thaw and fine mist to water spray/immersion.
This accelerated laboratory exposure program uses state of the art weathering equipment Xenon (IR/UV) GUV (UV) as follows:
1. The testing procedure was an eight month process where materials were tested for physical characteristics at 0(baseline), 1000, 2200 and 4500 hours.
2. At each hour mark, product was removed and tested for, but not limited to, tensile strength, tear strength, elongation, density, compression force deflection, etc.
3. That information is then recorded and compared to the non-exposed foam specifications in order to get a better idea of the endurance and degradation of the product over a simulated time.
This testing was done in accordance to ASTM G 26-96, ASTM 155-A testing methods common to exterior plastics for building materials.

As can be seen by the above graphics the structural integrity of the Monzi, LLC product is INCREASED through the 4500 hrs. (5 Year) test, while the competitive material loses that integrity beyond 2200 hrs. (2.5 years).
The results of the test are extraordinary, where the gutter filter product showed minimal product degradation even at the 4500 (5 Year) exposure level. Physical characteristics like compression set via INSTRON instrumentation confirmed
the superior performance and durability of the urethane gutter filter material we use in all of our custom installations for both residential and commercial buildings.
Do not be confused or mislead by untested or lower grade urethane materials that offer only biocide and/or anti-clogging claims with the product. We are the ORIGINATOR of this Proprietary Technology that in fact provides state of the art
gutter protection for your home and business properties. Our product offers superb water flow through, excellent mold and mildew protection and now the added value of Xenon Arc light tests to confirm its excellent UV stability.
The real question is, “Why would any informed consumer consider any other foam filtration product for their gutter protection system?”
